Do they have a minimum purchase or surcharge for debit cards?

Not sure about minimum but no surcharge on a card when I've been there.

Are they still there?

Yes... Thank goodness. They are moving downthe road about 1 block closer to Walgreens. Same side. They are attempting to aquire a liquor license and in the process of moving.

Have they closed?

They have reopened in the Islas de la Mar location.
